the Real Naked Chef

Schnack had a visit from Alvin Koh, Chef/Owner of Singapore's Porridge King chain. He especially enjoyed our Spicy Pear Chutney. He also took time to do a photoshoot. Those pictures aren't available but he is well known for using his famous body in the promotion of Porridge King. Twice he was Mr. Asia ('92 & '93) in his weight class.
